Résumé: The thesis focuses on implementing an OEE system using ESP32 and Tiah sensors to evaluate industrial performance. After an introduction contextualizing industrial challenges, the research elaborates theoretically on OEE and its critical role in enhancing manufacturing processes. Hardware and software specifics include the use of ESP32, employing FreeRTOS for real-time operation, and the Code::Blocks IDE for server development. Testing methods involve a structured approach to assess system performance under various scenarios, analyzing downtime durations and their impacts on availability, performance, and data quality. Results are presented through tables and comparative analyses, illustrating variations in OEE metrics based on test conditions. Discussion of findings addresses practical implications and recommendations to strengthen system robustness, including server code optimization and scalability testing. Ultimately, the thesis highlights the potential of the ESP32-based OEE system to improve operational efficiency in industrial IoT applications, with identified areas for future development and continuous enhancement
