Résumé: In the context of our research, our master’s thesis explores an innovative and unprecedented topic in the field of operations research: the minimization of flight delays within the airline company Air Algérie. We have chosen this subject due to its crucial impact on improving operational efficiency, passenger satisfaction, and the profitability of the company. Flight delays are a major problem not only for Air Algérie but also for many other airlines. The resolution of this issue holds significant importance. The main objective of our research is to develop advanced methods and mathematical models to solve this complex problem. Drawing upon our expertise in operations research and with the guidance of our supervisors, we have worked on designing an application that will effectively manage flight delays within the company. It is important to emphasize that developing a complete and functional application requires time and resources. Although our work has spanned a period of three months, it is important to note that this may be insufficient to create a comprehensive application that meets all the operational needs of the company.
