Résumé: rom the first to the fourth generation, technological advances in mobile networks had a considerable effect on our daily lives. With the arrival of the fourth generation (4G), data transmission has seen a significant increase. This new generation aims to improve spectral efficiency, manage mobile devices in the same cell and guarantee high speeds in mobile situations. The major challenge for these networks is to strengthen network security while saving money and meeting increasing demands for quality of service and optimization of internal resources. The IPsec tunnel is a suitable solution, which relies on secure private tunnels for the transmission of information. However, setup and management can be difficult, as well as the introduction of additional processing and the need for additional equipment. The main goal of this study is to present a secure network to solve the deployment problem while minimizing equipment expenses. There are four chapters in the study : a preliminary study of the DJEZZY network, an analysis of the evolution of mobile networks, the objectives of 4G, and an approach based on the IPSEC, MPLS and VRF network, with internal and external routing protocols
