Résumé: | This study aims to identify the impact of organizational culture(values,customs and traditions, and the physical environment) on job satisfaction. In response to the following problems: How do components of organizational culture affect the job satisfaction of employees CRMA Boudouaou Company? To answer the problem, the following hypotheses have been formulated: - There is a statistically significant relationship between aspects of organizational culture and job satisfaction of employees CRMA Boudouaou Company.- CRMA Boudouaou has job satisfaction factors. In this research, we relied on the descriptive approach and case study of the CRMA Boudouaou Foundation.. The results of the survey analysis showed that most of the sample members agreed on the impact of the three aspects of organizational culture on the job satisfaction of the enterprise employees. The study also found that the sample members agreed on the availability of job satisfaction factors in the enterprise |
